FAQ – Straps
Can I have a longer or shorter strap?
Most of our straps are adjustable. You can shorten or lengthen them using the buckle holes or removable links. For special requests, please email: contact@wellstraps.com.
I don’t see straps listed for my watch — will it fit?
Many of our straps are compatible with a variety of watches. Please check the lug width of your watch — common sizes are 20mm, 22mm, 24mm, and 26mm. Also verify if your watch uses straight or curved spring bars for best fit.
How do I choose the right strap for my watch?
All straps on our website are organized by lug width. To find the right strap:
- Measure the lug width of your watch (the space between the lugs).
- Match it to the available sizes listed on each product page.
- You can also enter your watch model in the search bar — our tags will help guide you to compatible options.

Are the straps waterproof?
Rubber and stainless steel straps are waterproof.
Leather straps are water-resistant but not waterproof — avoid prolonged contact with water.
FAQ – Shipping
Do I have to pay import taxes or duties?
No. We cover import taxes on all orders.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide except to sanctioned countries.
How long will delivery take?
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America & Asia: 7–14 business days
- Other regions: 10–20 business days
Note: Custom-made straps may take longer.

FAQ – Returns & Compatibility
The strap doesn’t fit my watch. What should I do?

FAQ – Warranty
Do Wellstraps™ straps come with a warranty?
Yes. All our straps are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
What is covered?
- Manufacturing defects (rubber, leather, nylon, or metal issues)
- Broken or defective clasps, buckles, or spring bars
- Stitching that comes apart under normal use
What is not covered?
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, stretching)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper installation
- Exposure to chemicals, solvents, or extreme conditions
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
How can I claim warranty service?
Email us at contact@wellstraps.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. If approved, we will provide a free replacement strap or store credit of equal value.
