Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouses. This will not affect your shipping cost — you will still receive FREE International and Domestic Shipping. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be provided to you via email.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details will be active within 24 hours.
Delays and Incidents
While we strive to provide accurate estimates, Wellstraps™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Wellstraps™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
Wellstraps™ covers all customs duties, taxes, and import fees for international orders. No matter where you are, you’ll receive your order without any surprise charges.
We offer free worldwide shipping to most countries. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, it may be due to temporary logistics limitations. In this case, please contact our support team at contact@wellstraps.com, and we will gladly check available delivery options for you.
Additional Taxes (Florida, USA)
Please note: all orders shipped to the state of Florida (USA) are subject to an additional 7% sales tax. This is a state requirement and will be applied automatically at checkout.
Cancelling Your Order
If you cancel your order after a shipping label has already been generated, we reserve the right to deduct the label cost (USD 8–28) from your refund.
