Understanding Our Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wellstraps™. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please contact our customer service at contact@wellstraps.com to initiate the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

When shipping your return, please declare the goods as “returned goods” and state a total value of USD 20 on the shipment form. This helps avoid customs issues and ensures your return is not refused.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@wellstraps.com. We will guide you through the process and provide detailed instructions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude USD 14.90 or a 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater), which covers the original shipping cost.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days, but times may vary depending on your bank.

Late Returns

Returns initiated after 30 days from receipt may be subject to a 25% late fee or rejected.
