Understanding Our Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wellstraps™. We aim to provide a hassle-free experience while staying transparent about costs and timelines. Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, email contact@wellstraps.com with your order number. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
  • When shipping your return, please declare the goods as “returned goods” and write a total value of USD 20 on the customs form to avoid import issues. Returns sent without correct customs declaration may be refused.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days. We will guide you through the process and provide return instructions. Items sent for exchange must meet the same conditions as returns (unused, unworn, original packaging with tags).

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • From your refund we will deduct either USD 14.90 or a 25% restocking fee (whichever is greater), which covers outbound shipping and handling already incurred.
  • Non-Refundable Payment Processing Fees: Transaction fees charged by providers (e.g., Shopify Payments/Stripe, PayPal, Western Bid) are not returned to us when a refund is issued. Therefore, these fees are also deducted from your refund. If any portion of such fees is refunded to us, we will pass that amount back to you.

5. Undeliverable or Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details (name, address, postal code, and phone number). If a parcel is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect information, or refusal to provide a phone number, the order may be cancelled. Any refund will be minus non-refundable payment processing fees, outbound shipping/handling already incurred, and the applicable restocking fee.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or if we made an error, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Upon verification, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund (including outbound shipping and without deductions).

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as Final Sale (unless defective or required by law)

8. Late Returns

Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery may be rejected or subject to an additional 25% late fee.

9. General Conditions

Wellstraps™ reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions. This policy applies to all items unless a specific product description states otherwise.
