Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling the Services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal information when you visit, use, make a purchase, or communicate with us. If there is a conflict between the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy regarding personal information, this Privacy Policy controls.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and understand our practices described herein. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Western Bid — Merchant of Record
This store is integrated with the Western Bid™ e-commerce platform, and Western Bid, Inc. is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made in this store. Therefore, you will see “WESTERN BID” listed as the payee on your PayPal account and credit card statement.

Order and transaction information needed to complete your purchase may be shared with Western Bid and the payment providers involved in your transaction for payment processing, refunds, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. Sensitive payment credentials are handled through the payment providers' systems.

6) Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your interactions with our store and, in some cases, in connection with your interactions across other merchants using Shopify. Shopify may provide enhanced features to us using such data. For those activities, Shopify is responsible for its processing and for responding to requests regarding those uses.
